• Account Information: Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL via explicit OAuth consent.
• Billing Information: Structured payout data strictly processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
• Community Configuration: The roles, tiers, and pricing rules you establish for your server.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Automatically assign and revoke premium Discord roles based on payment status.
• Process transactions on your behalf and deliver payouts.
• Send critical service updates regarding your community's active subscriptions.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share relevant data only with necessary infrastructure providers:

• Discord API: To sync statuses and apply roles.
• Stripe: To securely process transactions and direct deposits.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your payout metadata and role histories for as long as your account remains active, primarily to handle failed payments and churn recovery (dunning). You may request an absolute deletion of all your community integration data at any point by contacting our support team.
